The Opening Reception is highly anticipated by the attendees as a time to celebrate the profession with their peers, re-connect with acquaintances, and network with others in the field. 

It will take place on Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm in the Experience Exchange. 

Your exclusive sponsorship during this high traffic time will be acknowledged with:

• sponsorship of all of the food and/or beverage stations throughout the Experience Exchange during the Wednesday evening reception with cocktail napkins and signage
• Acknowledgment in the Program App and a push notification through the app with your message during the reception

Drive traffic to your booth when you prominently display your company’s branding at the popular caricature drawing station in the Experience Exchange where attendees line up to have free pictures drawn. There will be a sign acknowledging your support at the display, plus attendees must come to your booth to get their access ticket generating leads and booth traffic.

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video through a live presentation held in the dedicated Learning Lounge within the Experience Exchange which holds in excess of 75 attendees. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a podium, basic AV, and seating. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the theater and in the mobile app available to all attendees. Verbal reminders will be announced overhead in the Experience Exchange to attendees prior to the start of the presentation.

Provide a space for the attendees to relax and network together while being exposed to your messaging.  Free-standing branded structure and accompanying comfortable lounge furniture.  Area will include Scientific Meeting social media wall (Twitter) or other  related social media connections. This lounge area generates high activity levels throughout the entire meeting.
