This is an excellent package for organizations wishing for a physical presence in the exhibit hall, but also have the budget to gain additional exposure and acknowledgment throughout the conference.  The APS Partner Exhibit Package includes:

• a 10'x10' corner booth in the exhibit hall
• furniture package
• rotating banner ad in the meeting mobile app
• sponsorship acknowledgement

Simply complete and return your completed exhibit application form, indicating the APS Partner Package, to Rob Frey by February 1, 2019.

Greet Annual Conference attendees with a cup of coffee in the Exhibit Hall. Coffee will be distributed Thursday and Friday during breaks and lunch in the Experience Exchange. Your company name, logo, and/or booth number can be placed on coffee sleeves for all of the breaks.  Based on a limited quantity of sleeves.  Additional sleeves available at additional assigned value.

Place a digital ad on the highly viewed APS website landing page for the Scientific Meeting.  This page is the second highest page for traffic on the APS website and the traffic grows as it gets closer to the Scientific Meeting and for some time thereafter.  90 day posting running from two months before to one month after the conference.  Limited to two digital ads running at the same time.

Hotel key cards for both the official Scientific Meeting host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.

Be among the select few exhibitors to secure this highly visible opportunity!  Exhibitor inserts are limited to five (no more than two per company), so your promotion will not be lost among a mass of paper. Room drops are placed at each registered attendee guest room at the host hotels on Wednesday evening in time for the opening of the Experience Exchange.

Posters provide Sponsors with an additional opportunity to reach attendees who want to achieve a higher level of  learning. Posters instruct, educate, and keep attendees up to date on the latest findings, science, and ideas for better patient outcomes.  Posters have a way of generating a “buzz” among attendees creating even more opportunities to network and connect.  When used in combination with a show exhibit a commercial poster may drive additional traffic to the booth for deeper conversations.

Industry-sponsored posters will be within a dedicated section of the poster area in the Experience Exchange. Posters must be submitted through the poster abstract portal. The first call is currently closed and the second call will open Jan. 17 and close Feb. 15. Industry poster submissions need to be reviewed and approved by the association.

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video through a live presentation held in the dedicated Learning Lounge within the Experience Exchange which holds in excess of 75 attendees. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a podium, basic AV, and seating. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the theater and in the mobile app available to all attendees. Verbal reminders will be announced overhead in the Experience Exchange to attendees prior to the start of the presentation.
