Hotel Room Drop

Industry-Sponsored Poster

Posters provide Sponsors with an additional opportunity to reach attendees who want to achieve a higher level of  learning. Posters instruct, educate, and keep attendees up to date on the latest findings, science, and ideas for better patient outcomes.  Posters have a way of generating a “buzz” among attendees creating even more opportunities to network and connect.  When used in combination with a show exhibit a commercial poster may drive additional traffic to the booth for deeper conversations.

 

Industry-sponsored posters will be within a dedicated section of the poster area in the Experience Exchange. Posters must be submitted through the poster abstract portal. The first call is currently closed and the second call will open Jan. 17 and close Feb. 15. Industry poster submissions need to be reviewed and approved by the association.

Learning Lounge

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video through a live presentation held in the dedicated Learning Lounge within the Experience Exchange which holds in excess of 75 attendees. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a podium, basic AV, and seating. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the theater and in the mobile app available to all attendees. Verbal reminders will be announced overhead in the Experience Exchange to attendees prior to the start of the presentation.
