Hotel Room Drop

Exhibitor inserts are limited to five (no more than two per company), so your promotion will not be lost among a mass of paper. Room drops are placed at each registered attendee guest room at the host hotels on Wednesday evening in time for the opening of the Experience Exchange.

APS reserves the right to deny or suggest changes to all materials if deemed inappropriate for distribution at the Scientific Meeting. A "final" sample of the printed material must be sent to APS for review and approval before printing.

The final printed piece may not exceed 8.5"x11"x1/16" thickness. No more than 5 pieces total will be in the Room Drop.

The Room Drop will take place the evening of Wednesday, April 3rd.
