Drive traffic to your booth when you prominently display your company’s branding at the popular caricature drawing station in the Experience Exchange where attendees line up to have free pictures drawn. There will be a sign acknowledging your support at the display, plus attendees must come to your booth to get their access ticket generating leads and booth traffic.

The charging station offers a branded kiosk or charging ports built into furniture for attendees to charge their devices and contains cabling or USB power which correspond to most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and includes a surrounding comfortable seating area for the attendees to relax and network while charging. The Charging Lounge would be prominently located in the Experience Exchange. Price includes production and specialty furniture.

Greet Annual Conference attendees with a cup of coffee in the Exhibit Hall. Coffee will be distributed Thursday and Friday during breaks and lunch in the Experience Exchange. Your company name, logo, and/or booth number can be placed on coffee sleeves for all of the breaks.  Based on a limited quantity of sleeves.  Additional sleeves available at additional assigned value.

Present your marketing messaging on impactful signage in high traffic areas within the convention center. Half and full column wraps are available starting about 4 feet from the ground, continuing up about 6 feet.  They can be placed around any freestanding structural column in the public areas of the conference.

Place a digital ad on the highly viewed APS website landing page for the Scientific Meeting.  This page is the second highest page for traffic on the APS website and the traffic grows as it gets closer to the Scientific Meeting and for some time thereafter.  90 day posting running from two months before to one month after the conference.  Limited to two digital ads running at the same time.

Escalator clings are available for your company to display its message prominently while attendees move between meeting rooms and session halls. Escalator sets are in the Convention Center, with multiple choices between the meeting room floors and exhibit hall. Food and beverage stations are highly anticipated by the attendees during conference breaks as a means to refuel and refresh. A station will be placed near your booth, driving both traffic and visibility.

Hotel key cards for both the official Scientific Meeting host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.

Posters provide Sponsors with an additional opportunity to reach attendees who want to achieve a higher level of  learning. Posters instruct, educate, and keep attendees up to date on the latest findings, science, and ideas for better patient outcomes.  Posters have a way of generating a “buzz” among attendees creating even more opportunities to network and connect.  When used in combination with a show exhibit a commercial poster may drive additional traffic to the booth for deeper conversations.

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video through a live presentation held in the dedicated Learning Lounge within the Experience Exchange which holds in excess of 75 attendees. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a podium, basic AV, and seating. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the theater and in the mobile app available to all attendees.
